It's not about the precious teaware but the practice.

To put things to perspective, while in NY I drank my tea in a paper cup for four days. Not being in my sacred space at home or not having my tea ware didn't stop me from my practicing my sacred ritual. 〰
I've always consciously had a cup half full mindset. The gratitude I have for what I currently have creates space to receive what I am manifesting. Without any expectations, I received a beautiful Kyusu from my love earlier this week and yesterday gifted myself new tea bowls from @puerhbrooklyn.

This morning at home, I filled and emptied my cup. I've gained far more than aesthetically beautiful teaware. The wisdom, clarity and intuition from my daily sadhana is the gift. I'm sharing this not to be preachy but with the intention to influence a daily practice. Whether its meditation, journaling, reciting mantras, yoga or sitting & drinking tea..gift yourself something sacred before that daily scroll on this app we love.#elevatedandaligned
